I’m Ciera, and I’m here to help you find it.
I provide holistic therapy to help my clients move out of the trap of their anxious mind. I work with clients to befriend and compassionately understand all parts of themself. Even the parts of their mind that are critical, cruel, and judgemental. Even their bodies that they’ve been taught are untrustworthy, bad, or need to be controlled. Even their inner wisdom and intuition that they can’t yet hear, or have been afraid to trust.
Together, I help clients ease their anxiety, soothe their minds, and reconnect with their whole self. It’s only through this connection that we can finally find true inner calm, stability, and the peace that comes from a fully integrated self.
